Members who attended the Valentine’s weekend at The Broadmoor Resort commented on the great agenda and hotel arrangements that were setup by Terry Sullivan. Activities began with a Friday afternoon tour on NORAD, which included a briefing at the Command and Control Center. On Friday evening members and wives gathered in the suite of our President for a small reception. Saturday consisted of a day of individual activities followed by a wonderful evening of socializing in the Broadmoor West lounge and dinner in Charles Court.

President Brian Foote asked for volunteers to help with publication of the Chapter Newsletter and serve on the Program Committee. The Program Committee plans and coordinates the social events. At the present time the Program Committee consist of Fred Lyssy, Pat Mahany, Terry Sullivan, and Bill Robie.

During a discussion on Special Projects, Jim McNamee suggested the Chapter sponsor a visit by our members to the Veterans Administration hospital in Denver. Jim will get the details on arrangements for a visit and present them at the nest meeting.

A signup book was passed around for those who wanted to volunteer to work the Registration in Vegas in July.

The Chapter members present also voted to donate $50 to VFW Post # 1 every time we use the Post for our meetings.

Everyone was reminded that the next meeting would be held at Classic Lanes in Greeley, Colorado and the April meeting will be on the 20th at the VFW Post # 1 facility in Denver.
