President Fred Lyssy called the meeting to order at approximately 12:00 P. M. at the Embassy Suites in Colorado Springs after the Veterans Day Parade.

The Proposed Minutes for the October 18, 2003 meeting were presented by Secretary Roger D. Patterson. Approved.

No Treasurer’s Report presented as the bank statement had not been received by Treasurer Roger D. Patterson.

November 15, 2003 at VFW Post #1 at 10:00 A. M. Ret B General Bob Stewart will speak. He was a B model gun pilot, also a Test pilot on the Apache and NASA Astronaut. The Chapter will provide the meat, plates and cutlery with the rest of the potluck being provided by the members.

January meeting will be at VFW POST #1 on January 17, 2004.

Meeting adjourned at 12:50 P. M.
