Jim McNamee and Ed Fickes manned an exhibit showing some of the shadow boxes and other artifacts from the Helicopter War Museum at a celebration honoring Korean War Veterans at Northridge High School in Greeley on April 28th. The HWM exhibit was one of many exhibits, including several projects by Northridge students. The event was planned and executed by Northridge students, counselors, and staff and was attended by over 200 veterans and several hundred of their family members and friends. In addition, hundreds of students from all grades, including elementary students from a nearby school, attended the event. It was a well organized and impressive event.
